They have been down for about a month and I have no idea how much longer
it will be before they get them back up and running. RSC got hacked and it
took close to a week just to get the regular site back up. I haven't seen
anything about the satellite sites. I guess I'd monitor RSC's main page or
look for their announcements in the forums.
