Basically through the use of .LNK and .URL files, a web page author can
run applications on a users HD without their knowledge. A .LNK file
with the following target (run via the META REFRESH tag) could prove to
be a bit of an annoyance. =)

Well, now you've been warned and fortunately Microsoft has acted
quickly and released a fix. Currently it only works on IExplorer 3.01,
