Besides all the "dark graphics" comments already posted, has anybody
seen this one:
At lower detail levels, the brake markers are white and clearly
visible. At the highest level of detail, the markers turn very dark
gray, you can _barely_ even see them.
Thought I would post this and see if it helps others out. CPR was
running very slowly on my machine. I have both 3DFX and rendition vid
cards. It seemed like CPR was using the Rendition card as default. The
other problem I had was I had unchecked the full screen radion button so
when I started a race I had to press F4 to get D3D. I solved that by
re-checking the radio button. I also downloaded a great little utility
called Tweek. Besides doing other great things it allows you to set the
3DFX card as default for D3D. I am now getting 30 frames per second
with no***pit on. Also tweeked my setup and am running 1:11's at
Laguna on intermediate level.
