What is MS's policy on replacing damaged goods???

I screwed up my original Win95 cd a few years ago.  They (MS) charged me $10
to replace it and $10 ship/handle.  Worth it for me but not sure if I would
fork up $20 for CPR, you likely can get it cheaper in a bargain bin
somewhere.  I would call em anyway, maybe things have changed or are
different for games.

What is MS's policy on replacing damaged goods???

I bought MS CPR a while ago now, just moved house, tried to reinstall it and
it crashes my computer.  I thought it might have had a deep scratch on its
surface so i tried to smooth it down.

Its worse now (hell, my CD player wont even play the audio tracks on it).

What can i say, i made it worse.

Anybody know if Microsoft UK would replace the CD for me?
