Racing LAN parties?

There is a massive LAN party this upcoming weekend in
my hometown (Jacksonville).  Looked at the registered
games list on their website, but oddly (despite the fact they
have room for more than 200 machines) no NASCAR4
tournaments or the like were listed.  Instead these LAN
parties seem to cater to the action shooter crowd (which
I like don't get me wrong tho I prefer something a tad more
cerebral like Rogue Spear to Quake-style twitchfests).
Sooo... are there ever any LAN parties (like upcoming,
in the next few months) in the States which emphasize
racing over shooting?  TIA.
