I think the prices in US/Canada are very low.

To make you feel better, I can tell you that in Norway we pay more
than one US$ per litre. And we are an oil exporting country!

That's about how much we pay just in gas tax in Utah between State and
Federal taxes.  Tag on the profit mark-up, and we can't get gas for under a
buck.

We pay about $9.00 a gallon in the uk
