I found my setup!!  I ran across a vender(brother of a friend) last night
who said he could get a boxed Celeron 300A and fan for $89 and a PC100 M726
BX board (AT style) for $79.  He runs this combo at 450 with no problems, so
I ordered it.  Also, trading my old board and a P166MMX chip for 64MB PC100
RAM.

It couldn't get much better!
