The fellow you mentioned Jeff is Rory Brown in Vancouver BC Canada. That's
the guy that I got mine from. He's very nice, and I had no problems with him
what so ever.
I'm sorry to hear that EE, as well as others are having problems with the US
dealer, but I've heard stuff like this about him before.
It's unfortunate that they have chosen to go with this one source of
importation into the US. I know that they (Hyperstimulator) have two
distributors in Canada. One is Rory in Vancouver, and there is another one
in the East (I want to say Montreal, but I'm not sure).
The product is far superior to anything else I've seen, and if you're handy
with tools, the kit versions make a very attractive option.
Might I make a couple of suggestions?
Try contacting Rory at this URL: http://www.directcomputers.com/ He's a very
nice and helpful guy and might be able to explain some things to you.
Also, let the people at Hyperstimulator know the problems you are having.
Email them DIRECTLY, and tell them everything that you've been told. Here's
if someone doesn't tell them.
Anyway, sorry to hear about your problems, but, if I could work out other
options to get a Hyper unit, I'd still try to figure out how to do that.
Just my 2 cents.
Take care,
TB
