Good Headphones?

Good Headphones?

There are a few things I demand from headphones:  they don't stick inside my
ear like those sleazy walkman types, they don't sit on my ear like the $20
low-end types, and they don't cut off air circulation to my ear like the
totally closed types.

This pair of sennheiser HD545s fulfills these requirements, and are wearable
for 2-3 hour *** sessions with no discomfort to speak of, as well as
being high-quality enough for music.  They are not *quite* perfect in that
the weight is just a tad higher than I would like, so they tend to slide off
after awhile, but its not really a problem.  I imagine the newer sennheisers
are even lighter and better balanced.  Highly recommended.  They were $90
refurbs from www.spidergear.com

I also have a pair of sennheiser RS-4 wireless phones, and tho the design is
a bit dated they are very nice also, and work well for computer use.  The
newer wireless sennheisers look gorgeous.
