Actually, Nasscar.com is not yet supporting an N4 league. We have ran
Nascar leagues using Papyrus software for 6 years now. But, we opted
to stay with N3 for this offline season, because we don't feel that N4
is "league friendly" yet. This has nothing to do with any AI issues,
but the results file output. It doesn't provide the necessary
information for verification of driver results.

www.flie-racing.com has one starting in July, as well as an offline LeadFoot
buggy league.
