I find the same prob on my CH Pro Pedals if I use the full range when
calibrate. What works on my pedals is to stop about an inch up from
the bottom when I cycle it for calibration range. Seems to make it
think full pedal is about an inch up so when I floor it it registers
as wide open. Brakes I cal to about 1/2 inch from bottom so get
slightly softer braking without locking wheels up and spinning.
Hope it helps.
