Tell me if you think I'm crazy here or not.
Serria and Papyrus don't have the rights to Indy, Daytona and other
tracks,right?Well maybe I'm nuts,but,with the new sim S.O.D.A. there
is supposed to be a track builder included with it.Do you think that is the
only that they think they can get those tracks to us is to let us build
them
ourselves?I'm not a programmer by a long shot but it seems to me that
the code used to build offroad tracks could be used to build our tracks
(Nascar).I'm sure some of you guys out there could figure it out!

Not possible, since SODA and previous Papyrus titles don't share
the same code.  The game is being developed by a 3rd-party
named Software Allies, Inc.

Be interesting to see, but a tough one to crack, since the play-area
of the closed course is approx 1/4 mile x 1/4 mile.

That would be really cool but how do you put dirt on a track, I tried to put
dirt on Laguna Seca when I converted it to Nascar1 and I ran dirt.exe and I got
just the textures of dirt when I put road textures on but it was still asphalt

SODA, the newest racing simulation from Papyrus, let's us create new
track with their track builder in a 1/4 of a mile square, and this for
SODA own's type of cars. You will not be able to do tracks for Icr2 of
N2.

With great respect,
Good race at the Brickyard,  (-o-)
