Viper trouble

Have installed viper.   Will not run in glide mode.  Have latest version of
DirectX6 installed, latest canopus drivers (Pure3d card).  GPL runs
beautifully in glide, European Air War, ditto.  What happened since the
viper demo that ran well on my system.  BTW can't get pedals configured with
viper either.  they are fine in GPL and FUBAR in Viper.  Again this was not
a prob in the Viper demo.  Help please.

I don't think VR has a glide mode. Its D3D only I believe.
