NIRA is owned i believe by Peterson Publications.  They also own
NMCA.  We at the WHRA are going to start racing NIRA when its
released.  I am starting beta testing NIRA this week.  So expect it to
hit the shelves soon.  NIRA is all about Import Racing.  Foreign
Cars...
