Mind you, that is a 120MB download.

I got it running fine now with a LWFF on usb and CH pedals on the
gameport, CH pedals in split axis. It took me quite some testing to
get it working. What controller are you using?

My demo works with a joystick plugged into the gameport, but non of my FF
wheels work with it. Well, the FF works, but I can't get it to steer and I
can't get it to assign axes. Not a bright way to introduce a demo.

It turns out for some reason that the Act-labs, guillemot (pretty much all
I-force) wheels arent supported, however there is a work around. Download
the i-force editor from immersion. Install and run it, leave it open and
then run F1RC. The game will then detect your controller. Wacky but it
works. I have another set of pedals hooked up through the game port but the
game wont recognise them. I'm pretty sure it is because they are set up as a
two axis joystick and they cant be centred. The cross in properties is
always top left and the movement is quite small.

Hope this helps
