MOMO 10" Wheel for T2

I need advice on how to mount a 10" suede MOMO formula car wheel on the
Thrustmaster T2.  The MOMO has no mounting holes.  You must drill them.
Also, a MOMO hub would probably not fit the plastic spleen.

I've thought about cutting the current wheel's spokes about 3" from the
center and removing the rim; then I would bolt the MOMO wheel to what's
left of the old wheel (basically crafting a hub out of the old wheel).
I'd hate for it to not work and be without the thing for a day!  Will this
be strong enough?  I need your thoughts.

I have a friend that did it, i am not sure how he mounted it though.
I beleive he just drilled three holes in the momo.

I made some adapters to do this exact thing on a T1. It fit over the
aluminum stub shaft that the platic wheel mounts on and has a flat three
bolt mounting pattern. All you need to do is remove the lock bolt that
holds the plastic wheel on, then mark and drill the three 1/4" bolt holes
in the MOMO to match my adapter, bolt them together, slide the new assy in
place, and replace lock bolt.......thats if it you T2 is like a T1 - which
I think it is. I have 5 in stock ATM...so E-mail if interested :-)
