I got an ad from Ford a few years ago. I thought it looked pretty neat so I sent
them a check. My check, was cashed but they never sent the program. I swore I
would never buy from them again but their last one looked too cool to pass up. In
June 1994 they sent me an ad for their Simulator. It was available on CD for
$3.50 with their Window Sticker program available for an additional $3.50. I was
in the market for a new truck at the time so decided to give it another try. In
September 1994 I received a letter from Chris Martin at Ford saying they weren't
able to provide the Window Sticker program. They sent me a check for $3.50. No
mention of my additional $3.50 for the Showroom. I sent a letter to Chris Martin
at the address on the letter I received. I also included a copy of the check they
sent me as well as the cashed check for $7.00. I never heard a word back. I also
never received the Simulator. I wouldn't chance ordering it. It's funny how $10.00
can mean the difference between buying from a certain automobile manufacturer or
not.
