guess I can't say I had no info as to what was said about me....
Just would have been nice to actually been home nad known about it....

Ok just a few points I like to make in regard the to the comments posted in
the Chat..
1. I'm now out fine that works for me totally I was still interested in
where and how it was going but I see the mutation into mini me of SBDT is
complete..
2. you say I did nothing with the mod ok thats fair comment... OK! Delete
all the driver files, the telemetry layout files, the engine files, temp
pitguys files, Oh yeah I also provide the best basis for Bathurst you guys
would have got... the comment of Janson (Jayforce) that Cubits had to
totally remake it to get it out is a total lye, and has no ground. the only
part that actually had to totally remake was the dipper... the rest of the
road surface was and is the same as anyone who can run the racer 3DO
extractor can make if they can then use 3dsmax and export it to the
game...Sorry but I know this and If Kiwinz cares to cast his mind back a few
months he will also remember I sent him some files cause I was having
trouble getting em into the game it was only the road sections but he will
remember it if he cares to do and honest recall..
3. The Biggy and the most important.....
when I posted about the menu's did it ever ocure to any of you.. that it
might not have anything to do with the current v8 mod that is being created
by you now not me...??? I think not.....
sure I made some aditions tot he menu that made it easier for me to test
some of the things I'm playing around with in my hdv files..
I have excepted that I"m not contributing to the mod but I felt I had some
rights as I did have something to do with its birth...OK I know I made some
errors.. god knows everyone does...
4. as to the fact that I'm continuely told or acused of saying I am the
developer I didn't intesionly do that ... I have asked for that to be fixed
a few times but nothing happened ... I have finally been contacted in
response to a message I posted in the BHM website that got to someone who
could do something about it... beleave me its was not there from lack of
trying to have it changed...
5. the breakup of the team .. I stayed totally quite about it I didn't say
anything on any forums about save to say I was not actively involved..
Oh yeah while I'm here portstevo why don't you tell them who sent me the
***ed up files that I was told had to go in the preview ..
you know really if that one thing had not been done to me I beleave that
there would have been no issues with the preview as the only files I had
untill that point inserted into the preview was the hdv files that had been
tested for 2 days prior..
I'm sure that you'll get mojoman or portstevo to delete this thread or
change it or something...
I certainly know now who my friends arn't..
On that note I"d like to thank MOJODODO for his attempt to represent me
during the meeting in my absence and and can hardly blame him for his vote
against me as I think I would have done the same in his position.. I could
see that he really had no choice but to cast his vote the way he did..
I hope that if you have read to the end of this reather lenghty post that
you can see that I'm not here trying to stire up more trouble... if I was
trying to do that I would have been posting outragous things in every post I
could find... at every oppertunity.. but I read the post that continuly
attempted to get me to reply. by saying how much I upset the apple cart..
I'm not going to upset things by stopping anyone from using my Bathurst work
to make a Bathurst track I don't..
I'm actually glade of the fact that it was able to help...
you knwo out of all the people that I had on my msn list of member of this
mod the only person I have not deleted and blocked is Cyruscloud wheather he
ever contacts me again or not is upto him I'm quite happy to answer any
question put to me on that... topic I'll help there I have at least 1 gig of
files that he might find usefull...If he still needs it I havce even been
able to find a away to get an airal photo that he asked for.. at the time I
had no other but can get one now...
and pyskosis I will have those sound samples to you as soon as I get them
Dave and Rob have put their cars on a dyno last weekend and done the sound
recordings under load. progressive increases tot he throttle..
so you will get a ford ( I think this one first) and a holden both which are
running near V8SC spec motors.. and the test were done with the exhaust
muffers removed so the note will be just what you are looking for.. for

them maybe ports could put a pic in under the bonnet for after damage bonnet
removed ...
anyway I wish you all luck and hoppe it does turn out well for you and that
cubits can live upto the father that has been placed in him....
