I've been looking forward to this one for a long time. I'm an old Skip
Barber fan. I hang out at Lime Rock Park, which he owns, and plan to take
his school.

I preordered it at the begining of April when it had an official release
date of April 27. I planned to announce this fact here on the ng and do a
full, extremely in depth report.

Then Powersims announced they had confirmed the release had been pushed back
to November, pressumably to concentrate on their new drag racing sim.

This is odd, since they had only announced they were developing this drag
racing sim a week or so before. Why do you drop a nearly ready to ship to
game in favor of one you've just started working on? Somthing weird is going
on at Bethesda.

I havn't personally contacted them yet, but I note that the title has
disappeared, without comment, from their online store.

I wonder if Skip dropped them.  I have not heard good things from Bethasda
and well drag racing chassis dynamics are not near as complicated as a road
racing cars.  They might have been way off to where Skip pulled his name
from it.  I too was looking forward to this title.
