I will take offense to that ;) I have won 3 races in a row in the GPL
World Series against the likes of George and Wolfi. And I am 2nd in
the championship to George by only 1 point now :)

It's people who voted Ian.  Mostly from the N2 community.

This is nothing official, and I don't ask me who voted for me (not it's not
me !).

I don't like this award stuff (I personally don't see that there is a "best
guy", just plenty of good people), and also since it's biased alot from N2
offline gents.

Yeah I agree to most of what you said, I just wanted to point out that
there are alot of good drivers missing from the list.

However, I believe there is a certain set of top sim drivers, but
naming all these drivers would be _impossible_. Some people disagree
with me on this point, even going so far as to say that I am not a top
sim racer. I just laugh, and continue having fun with what ever sim I
am driving, most of the time winning races :)

Ha ! Im serious I don't know whom ! (From what I see about 100ppl voted for
what they call the "preliminary" stage).

Errr, Im like in a class apart compared to the other names (class apart
meaning I suck compared to them ;-D ).  I think I will ask to take off my
name, as I don't see why I should be in the list.

As I said earlier, IMHO there is no "best guy", just tons of good people.

Hmmm, I don't think I have been to The Pits in about 3 months. When I
did visit it primarly had Nascar content, so I didn't think of coming
back. Sorry :)

Don't worry. Your doing a good thing. Everyone needs a compliment
once in a while :)
