V1.21...WITH restrictor...no rels edits.  I've won at 105 thru 109%
difficulty...45% race length...but I'm starting from the BACK rows.
Curious as to whether any fellow sim racers have managed to take the
pole at 105+. tia...duncan.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who would love to get a peek a
your setup to beat the AI at 105%. Very impressive. Feel like
sharing?:-)

I wonder if that was damage on or off....................
interesting, nonetheless.

frog ***r...the AI cars are so damn fast you'll be starting dead
last.  The AI cars hook up *real* quick...no news there...so basically
I use short gearing 1st to 3rd to catch the 'train' and draft the best
I can and pray for cautions.  By the time you're about midpack, around
15th-18th, the leaders will have hooked up and you'll be down
'considerable'...without a break caution-wise, you won't have a chance.
Also, tho this setup gets pretty good tire wear, if you're *real*
careful thru the tri-oval...the aforementioned win came via a tire
wear roll-the-dice and pray crapshoot.  With 48 (I think) laps to go,
most of the field pitted...I did'nt.  But man, WHAT a BLAST as DE, MM,
RW, TL...one after another came up to challenge for the lead. Getting
me 'bad loose' as I had maybe 1-2 laps left on tires at the end...
*seriously* in the 'red'.
Anyway...setups that may be of interest/use to you...

Gears: 1st...6.80...(blastoff at green flags, watch it in the pits)
       2nd...5.10
       3rd...4.40
       4th...3.60

Shocks: RF...100%
        RR...100%
        LR...5%
        LF...24%
This gets me thru the tri-oval fairly <g> 'flat'...

I found these the more important settings...if you want weight jack,
etc., email for more info.  ymmv.  btw...using an old CH Flightstick...
cheers...duncan.

Damage on up to about 105% (can't remember exactly)....from there on
up the AI tends to get 'bad dumb', ie...taking my line in the tri-oval.
Won at 111% diff, 55% length yesterday, but had to do a lot of backing
off/blocking thru the tri-oval...KYLE...understand 3 wide is in N2...
can't wait.  cheers...duncan.

1st gear should read 6.30 *not* 6.80.  Apologies to all...duncan.

Is there a crack that allows you to play Destruction Derby without the CD.
