F1GP Dont run with SPEA V7

A friend of mine bought a PC (finally), to become competitive he can drive
the whole day and night, now. He thought but ...
It is a PCI System with a PCI graphic card called V7-VEGA PRO (Spea).
You wont believe, the colors are completely wrong, unplayable, most of them
are very similar and you cant even see any shapes. Any ideas are highly
apreciated.
