LWFF maintainence?

I was wondering if anyone had tips on how to keep the LWFF in top shape...
I've had mine for just a few weeks and have been very easy on it, wearing
gloves and taking my shoes off with the pedals etc. it seems that this sort
of hardware can wear out too quickly, especially the pedals and even
calibration is imperfect at this early stage.

I want to be prepared if something goes a bit dodgy, and i especially don't
want to get a new wheel for a very long time.

don't be ***ing stupid.  if you've done 15 laps at nurburgring you'll know
that sweat can damage your equipment.  But would you know that?  Are you
even alive?  It's people like you that nailed up Jesus.

Man take a chill pill dude! :)
Ive done my share of sweating during racing but i cant see how it
would harm anything. Are you talking about fixing the electronics or
something?

Humoristic people nailed Jesus? I fear to ask what the joke was.
Well, seems you really care about your equipment. Try extending that to
cover people too.

Aaaah the mysteries of beer on Friday

I am practically one superfly care bear.

Looks like I've messed up, doesn't it.  shucks.

I have mine for about a year now, using it every day with a sum of at
least 400 hours of use so far. I take off my shoe because its much
easier to drive (you've got more feel for the pedals), but I never used
gloves ... well, I don't know how much you're really sweating, but I
could not find a single sign on the *** wearing out due to sweat,
sunshine, me shaking the wheel in anger after blowing the ninety or
something ...

I dismantled the whole thing (ball bearing conversion).
Seems to be maintenance-free.
