Hi All,

SSCRA '97 is here and the first race is due May 18 so now is the time to
join.

What is SSCRA '97. It is an offline racing series that promises you
more fun than you can handle.

So join up today. Simply visit the SSCRA97 homepage at
http:://www.scsn.net/users/ckeenan/

While your at SSCRA, please remember to do the following:

1. Read the rules very carefully. This will help you determine which
division best suits you and this will also tell you how to submit
results.

2. Check the SSCRA '97 Schedule. The first race is due May 18,
1997. So check the schedule for your division.

3. Read the FAQ. It answers many of the common questions about the
series. If you still have questions please feel free to email either

Otherwise you won't get signed up for the series properly.

Also, please feel free to start race teams. Although we don't
officially recognize teams and award team points, we encourage that you
join with fellow drivers. This can benefit you in that you can share
knowledge about driving style at various tracks and setup information.

I wish the SSCRA 97 the best of luck. However I would
not recommend this league after SSCRA 96 went belly up
about 3/4 of the way into the year without so much as a
single email from the league director why. A few of us
offered to help out with the league, but got no responce.
If the league could not be continued for personal reasons
or whatever I would not have minded but we were all
just left***!

Once again best of luck guys, just try and finish what
you start this time.

Hi,

Finishing is no problem this year. Last year there were very special
circumstances that I know about. This year there are two folks running
it. So while your concerns are understandable, the situation will not
repeat itself.
