According to the Sierra order line it is shipping.

They said I should get mine middle of the week.

Also EB revised the release data on their web page today 12/2 from
12/6 to 12/3.

COOL.

Sonna of a.... my local Babbage's is out of business as of last
weekend. I hate it for people who had pre-ordered and paid for stuff.
Closed their doors and didn't tell a soul.

Same here....I go out to the mall last Saturday to check on the price
for something and find that the store was closed and people were inside
packing up boxes. I guess when that new company bought them out, they
closed the "unprofitable" locations. I guess the competition from
Wal-Mart, et al was too much for them in some places. Oh well, a new
Circuit City opened up about 15 minutes from my house...I'll be calling
them every day later this week to check on when they get Nascar 2.

Babbage's and Software Etc's parent company was sold at auction to
Glenn Riggio (founder or Borders Bookstores?)on 11/25. Apparently they
were unable to pay their debts and filed bankruptcy. Last I heard, the
plan was to close stores that are not doing well. Don't look for any
new titles to come in for awhile, the manager at my local store said
they won't receive any new shipments until the debts have been paid
off. Sucks doesn't it...
