OT: Virus Warning to someone @ nc.rr.com / possibly someone from this group

Hi everybody,

i'm currently receiving the w32.klez virus from
someone at nc.rr.com.

it doesn't mattter to me, but i would like to inform
this person, that he/she is possibly infected.

afaik, this virus sends itself with faked emails,
with faked subjects to persons from the outlook address
book.

the infected emails i am receiving were from (or routed by)
the "rdu163-50-132.nc.rr.com [24.163.50.132]"

the reason i suspect someone from this group is that the
faked subjects seem to be related to gpl.

if you have any relation to the above ip adress, please check
your pc for viruses.

here is a link to symantec for a removal tool:

thanks for the audience,

Joachim

I can tell you that it is a RoadRunner address (possibly a
yet-to-be-converted cox customer).

I recon you could call RoadRunner.  Don't know if they would actually _do_
anything, though.

They won't do a thing for you over the phone. Matter such as this must
be handled via email.
