nascar2 demo

I wonder if anyone else is having trouble with Ncar2 demo.
I have installed it no worries, the sound works and all the menus work
fine, but when I click on race there is a brief engine noise before I
get booted back into dos, any ideas?

Try a "clean" boot with only your mouse driver/VESA driver/sound driver
installed.
