I'm 3days new to NROS while racing at Talledaga, heard chat of restictor
plate use.  Can someone inlighten me on this?

How do you obtain plate use?
Any other suggestions on the use and changes?
Any opinions?

Within the game it is possible to remove the restrictor plate and pick up
about 10 to 20mph when racing at dega. By default restrictor plates are on.
You remove the restrictor plate by editing the txt file for dega (i think).

However, NEVER remove the restrictor plate and go racing on Ten. This is
considered cheating and is not taken very lightly. You should do it only
off-line for your personal enjoyment.
