Today I called Intergraph tech support with a little problem I am
having and I got thru in less than 2 min, I talked to an intelligent
tech representive, and had 3 follow up calls about my problem today.
I had to pinch myself to make sure I was awake. This is what is
called true "support of a product", it has been so long sinse I had
experienced service I felt giddy.
The irony is yesterday I received a disk from Seirra I was promised
over a month ago, after I called when I had no response from an e-mail
request for help.
If anyone is thinking that a couple of extra titles bundled with a
rendition card is the way to go..... have fun with the extra games,
hope you dont need any "support".
Buy Intergraph products, it is that simple.
