I just talked to a Microprose dude over the phone as I was clarifying my
preorder and I asked him why is GP2 out in the UK and not the USA yet. He
said the EURO version has a more arcadish version than we get here in the
states. I aked why that is he said cause more arcadish games sell better
in Europe whil more realistic sims sell better here(USA)
        I then asked whats the differance in the two versions and he said
You can pick tire cmpnds and set up the pit crew and the car model is
more realistic.
        Take it for what its worth I guess.
P.S. the US version will ship the 25th-27th

...is it arcadish....if the game simulates real F1...only one compound
in F1 over weekend.

well...I played the whole last night GP2 and loved it...
...and if that was arcadish ...so be it...it was great...

PS: if it was arcadish...hmmm...I wonder what it makes ICR2 then? :)

Dear Shane,
        I'd like to know the name of the person you spoke with. if you can

really appreciate it.

I don't believe there is an arcadish version of Grand prix II. The
only differnece with the version numbers are language differences like
the German version.

Incorrect, the official release date is set for July 23rd 1996.

I wanne drive compound A to test the slidin' :-)) !
Any opinion why the man who flips on straights (Katayama) is so good ???
