Can NASCAR3 run on NT4 Server?

I am running NT4 server Beta5 on PentiumII 350 with 128MB RAM, 16MB Diamond
Viper v550, thrustmaster wheel.

I can pull the game up, but the sound and video are not quite right and I
can't get the thrustmaster wheel to work.

Has anyone else gone through this and what have they had to do to get
everything working properly?

Yes... I run Brick-Onecall.net on NT4 server.  Works well.
