WSC - More incredible stuff

Powersims.Com has posted more info about the forthcoming WSC "World
Sports Cars" from West Racing Ltd.  As if the physics comments weren't
enough to get you dreaming - they have followed up with some comments on
the graphics that will blow you away.  Go
http://www.racesimcentral.net/
click the "WSC Follow Up Q&A" link to find it.

Here are two excerpt's:

"The cars in WSC have been designed with the vehicles body panels and
components in mind. This allows us to easily dislodge and lose relevent
body panels during collisions. The engine will allow you drive a chassis
of a sports car around with no bodywork at all if you so wish (and I must
say the cars look pretty cool without bodywork). Each car is fully
detailed under the body to a degree which I think should satisfy most sim
fans."

"We are also including dirt in the game, so, as the game progresses the
car will become more and more covered in dirt, oil, ***, carbon dust,
bugs etc. This doesn't obviously affect the game much, only so far as if
you are driving using the***pit view your windscreen/visor will become
harder and harder to see through."

I can't wait for this one :P  --David Cook

I don't care! Getting used to upgrading 3 times a year anyway, now I just
have a good reason to wait for the next one...

After playing SCGT this past day with graphics turned way up, I can see that
these people can prg without high CPU requirements. If you like good racing,
get this
SCGT, very nice and well programmed racing prg, especially with the newly
released updates and carsets/sounds!

James,

What I really want to know is what graphics format it optimized for. Do
I need a Voodoo4 or 5, or some other card.
