Pitting.

I'm sure this is the worst question that could even possibly be posted
here but it has me completely stumped.  The problem I have (besides
being an OBVIOUS newbie to this game) is that when I pit, my pit
staff just kinda sits there and stares at me, as if I don't pay them
enough to do the work.  Is there some key that I need to press when
I pit for the crew to start working or do I have to be in a VERY
specific spot in the pit row??  I'm obviously right there in my box
(*I believe) but the work doesn't get done.  Somebody help!!

Here is the problem:
1) You don't pay them enough.
2) You don't acknowledge their hard efforts.
3) Try pressing your brake key a couple times. Make sure you
   are in your pit.

1)  You should stop in your pit with the "Pit" sign in the upper left
corner of your windshield.
2)  When you stop, you must hit the brakes.  Stopping by using reverse
or coasting up doesn't work.  Hit the brakes.
