To avoid any hassles I would install thru dos. You can still actually
run it from Win anyway but why would you?
As far as the "O" key goes, it is an indication of how hard your cpu
is working. To optimise efficiency you need this figure to be as close
to 100 as possible under the worst circumstances ie traffic or trackside
graphics. You simply play with the fps and graphics settings to
accomplish this. My preference was to maximise fps and then add whatever
details I prefered. Of course, you never want the cpu to be working over
100% since this means the game is running in slow motion (note - unlike
ICR2, GP2 does not decrease fps when your machine is overtaxed. It
simply slows the game down and so keeping cpu OCC below 100% is vital to
realism/consistant pace).
As far as the keyboard goes, no idea except please don't use them to
drive :)
