RS2000 Question

by Paul Jage » Fri, 10 Dec 1999 04:00:00

I am keen to see how my times in RS200 compare to those of the real drivers
(particularly in the Time Trial mode). However, when they are displayed
after a stage in Time Trial Mode, my times seem so much better than the
computer controlled players. As I am not particularly good at this game, ego
aside, I know that this can not be the case. Why then does this happen, and
how can I find the genuine times that real drivers take for each stage?

I am keen to play more 'Time Trial Scenarios' as I rarely have enough free
time to play a full rally through ( or two 25 minute stages in one sitting,
where a 'save' in-between is not possible).

Thanks for any help

PS I play the unpatched version.

I am keen to know if you're talking about RC2000 or not... :)
And in TIme Trials you are not faster than the computer controlled players.
There are no computer controlled cars in TT. The times you see are very slow
and just there too not confront you with an empty time trials records page.
Just try a championship rally, and you'll see the REAL computer cars times.
And they are a lot faster...

Yes I am talking about Rally Championship.
What I would like to do is just run one or two stages a night but have the
fun of trying to beat the best times for theses stages (but where do I find
these times). I do not want to enter the full championship in order to do
this - are there any solutions?
