Has anyone any experience with some of the high end steering
controls....that is those higher in price and specs than the T2???
I've read about one by a company called Thompson and a few others
that range in price from $250 to $600......all metal precision made
devices with minimal plastic.....anyone tried these and if so what
was your opinion????

Hi Marty,
I bought the CDS2R by Extreme Competition Controls and it
is an outstanding unit. It is worth every penny that I paid for it. Check
out their website by searching for Extreme Competiton Controls in Infoseek
. If you have any questions please fell free to E-Mail me and I'll try to
help you out.  Steve
Ps This unit doesn't have any plastic !!

Yeah, avoid platic and broken springs!  Get a metal high qual jobbie.

If you don't have $500 to spare....build your own (it worked for me) I
don't have the WWW address to hand, but point your search engine to
'Wallys World' All the inf. you should need is there.

Best of luck

Yeah, if you can afford $600, do not hesitate to buy the CDS2 from
ECCI. Heavy duty construction and adjustments galore.
