I managed to bring my best qualifying lap time at Canada down to a
1:16.079 but that is still 2 seconds off the record. Of course I'm still
using auto gear and traction help so according to the experts that is
slowing me down. Doesn't traction control help though? It seems to give
better acceleration out of hairpins. My gamepad is like an on/off switch
so I don't have much control. My setup is working though. So thanks all
for the help.

Cormac above said something about changing the suspension settings. How?
Do you use an editor or something? Where can I get one? Thanks. And
what's with all the machine lang.?

Fun tip #1: Try switching to side camera view just as you launch your
McLaren (not a Ferrari!) over a curb (chicanes are best) and watch as
your car flies in the air and hits the wall!
