It seems each time I play N4 it seems I find more things that aggravate me.
The game has almost got me to the point of not playing it.  Here are the
reasons:

1)  AI too aggressive-  Last night racing off line at Las Vegas going into a
turn, I'm well inside of the (right on the line) 28 car, but doesn't matter,
he pulls down as if I'm not there and hits my right side quarter panel
sending me spinning.  I watch the replay and discover he is mimicking the
movements of the 4 car which is about 6 car lengths in front of us.  Now I'm
not a programmer but something about that is not right.

2)  The wallriders online-  Using realistic damage and these guys are flying
around the track unscathed?  Come on.

3)  Collision detection-  It seems there is a problem in this area also.
Watching replays or riding around with the AI offline, I observe the cars
coming at least half way together yet nothing happens.  They end up
separating and the race continues.  Again very poor.

There are also the other problems that others have mentioned, but these are
the big ones that are ruining it for me.  I have been (and still am) a big
fan of Papy's.  It just disappoints me a little that there are this many
show stoppers in their release.  But I am certain that these will be
addressed and we will all be very pleased.  It just takes some of the
e***ment away of having just upgraded my system for this game only.  And
finally, this is not a shot, it makes me appreciate what Hasbro was able to
do with their FIRST release of a NASCAR game.  To me they got about the same
amount of problems.  I don't believe however, that their will be ever be a
patch for NH, so it will probably be coming off my computer soon.

I have N4 and Nascar Heat, what really bothers me about Nascar Heat, even
with the patch, is that you can smash the AI out of your way and not sustain
any damage.  You can also smash into the wall and the car stays relatively
damage free, even when you get airborne.  Multiplayer from what I
understand, has it problems too.
