Help!!!! CPR & Black boxes

I'm using a P200MMX Millenium 1 and a M3d (all with the latest drivers)

I've installed the CPR patch but.......

I still get black boxes around some graphics ie smoke effects and trees.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
