Checkpot ?!? utility req'd

Somebody mentioned to me that somewhere out here was a utility called
checkpot (potcheck?) that would help me debug the output of my
potentiometers on my Thrustmaster.

Anybody know where I can find such a utility?

Thrustmaster has something akin to this called TMScope.
