70% Spoiler in N4???

Anyone have any  idea if it will be implemented, the rule has been
there for 3-4 months now so that plus the wickerbill should be
included.
Or if NH's infamous update will have it

based on the 'new' screenshot at Papy.com,  I would 'think' the
rule will be in place.  The screenshot shows 2001 cars so I feel safe
in guessing it will be there...Forcing a spoiler setting is not hard, they
already have done it in the past with the minimun settings at the
superspeedways.
Now as to Heat....I would really doubt they include that.  The patch,
as far as I know, will address technical issues.  It will focus on the
yellow
flag problems etc.  And, since Heat is based on year 2000 cars, I think
they won't feel the need to update those rules.  Yes I know they implemented
it in 2k, but to add it to heat for realism seems doubtful,  the 'realism'
of
Heat hasn't always been a priority.  But don't take that the wrong way...
Nascar Heat STILL has(in *** mode) the Most realistic physics package
of any current Nascar title.

Any particular reference point? also any clue on the roof "strip" ,
hearing about the Ford changes makes me think that the Taurus won't
be quite right and maybe the same with the Dodge (tinkering till as
late as possible)
