Is the new Sega British Touring Car program an arcade game or a sim?

Is it a decent arcade game or Sim?

It's from Sega.  It probably has 3 cars and 3 tracks to choose from like all
their other racing games.  Do not bother with it.

it is the pc version of the arcade game & its ITCC not BTCC
just played the demo - once!
doesnt seem to use any 3d accelleration & runs Slooooooooow on a P200 MMX
totally and utterly unrealistic
he's right, avoid like the plague !
