Was in the Norfolk, VA Compusa yesterday and they had a guide book for
Driver on sale already.

Don't you know the new and improved way? They write a strategy
guide to make money, then design a game to go with it.

<tongue in cheek mode>Aaaaah, I remember the good old days when the manual was
included with the game. Those were the times! Back then, people actually
bought their games too, to get manuals!</tongue in cheek mode>

Seriously, the game manufacturers who throw in an A4 sheet with install
instructions and then sell "strategy guides" for as much as the game costs
should consider the above a bit. Serious manufacturers include complete
documentation with the game, serious gamers buy their games. Non-serious
manufacturers will end up with non-serious gamers.

Something to consider IMO.
