This was took from a mailing list.  It's very funny to read and worth
it!.  Have fun:

==========================
SUBJECT: IS it true that there will be a Track pack for Nascar2 ??

It's true some time in late july or early august Sierra and Papyrus
are
coming out with a track pack for about every game (racing)
I have the info about NASCAR 2::   It comes wtih
*The busch clash
*GATORADE 125's
*Daytona
*Indy (Brickyard 400)
*The Winston Select
*and Suzuka
Also included are actual tracks that were made by you the people off the
internet and 3 special 500 mi 1 lap race course that travels across the
eastern coast western coast and the mid-states displaying the land marks
of
the appropriate city's look for these tracks to look much similar to
parts of
cruisn USA  with hill dips and fairly straigth courses there are just
some
curves every so often I heard the top speed in thw west tack is close to
300
mph.  It has gentle turns and is mostly hills
At the select you actually get to race the 3 sections of the race and
specify
special select cars for each driver.
Also in the busch clash you can specify special cars
and the twin 125's work the same way they do in real life.
============================

Hope you had fun (BTW it would be cool if it was real!)
With great respect,
Good race at the Brickyard,  (-o-)

Not very likely.  Besides they have already stated the track pack will
consist of 10-13 BGN tracks and the BGN drivers.  Besides we all know
daytona is liscensed by sega and that Indy is wanting too much $$$$ for
their license.  And a 500 mile lap course?  What do we take pit stops at
the local gas stations???

You drag a trailer behind you with tires, fuel and your crew in it.

Does anyone think that N2 tracks can be converted FROM N2 TO ICR2?  If
track pack has Cali and Homestead, putting those on ICR2 would be
AWESOME!!!

Has anyone made a Cannon Ball run kind of sim? Imagine the NFS cars on
a long coastal drive; kinda like the Rally Championship stages.....

I hope that the game companies read these NGs, coz this would be one
smokin' game. Hey maybe I should post it to EA, for NFS3........

The only cannonball game I can remember was on my C64 (gosh!)...

I quite liked it (until I got Revs and Revs+, that is).
