Motorhead : codes for accessing all tracks?

Anyone know of a way to access all the tracks and cars for this game?  I
looked through some PC cheat sites, and they said to go to personal
infomration, and enter R Peterson as the name, and SWE as the team, but
this didn't do anything.  I'm still limited to two cars and two tracks.
