Looking for Engine control algorithms for college programming course...

I'm looking for a simple set of flow charts, design documents, etc. for a
college programming class for calculating fuel pulse, spark advance, and
idle speed based on real-time inputs. We want to program the simulator and
the control algorithms. I used to work for GM writing engine coltrol
software, so I have a good idea how the system works, but I don't have
anything formal that I can give to my students.

Thanks,

Bill

While I can't help you directly, I suggest you post your real contact
information (tel & email).  Anyone with this information
might prefer to contact you directly, not in a public forum.

Another source for this info might be through one of the aftermarket
ECU suppliers to racing (also used by many Formula SAE teams).
