Overclocking is simply Changing the Speed of your processor on your
motherboard. Thats it. Its set to 1.5 2.0 3.5 etc...
For < 333 its 66 x that. for Greater its 100 times that.
Read up on your Motherboard. Be aware you can fry your chip this way
though, and the performance increase isn't that great.

The proper answer is to use a search engine to find the "Tom's
Hardware" or "Anand Tech" WWW sites (or just search on overclocking).
The simple answer is to change hardware jumpers on your motherboard
or software settings in your system BIOS to increase your processor or
system bus speed. To make sense of that, or more specifics (since
system specifics are different), see the previous answer.
