rec.autos.simulators

Well, i guess it's not strictly a sim, but i wonder if anyone has had any luck
running this?

After displaying the Codemasters logo game locks up completely blue screen-
(not blue screen of death), in hardware and software mode.

Using Righteous 3D, with latest Voodoo Graphics Reference drivers.

Codemasters tech support are of course fenching off well check your "driver
versions..."

DirectX 5.2 btw.

Not sure what the hell is going wrong, as a friend is using very old certified
Voodoo Graphics driver and np.

Any one got any idea?

Yeh, me too. same problem. i've had it work, run through and then stop. now i
can't get it going at all. i suspect its a driver thing - i tried the final
fantasy 7 demo again the other day, and its not having any of it either...
one suspects some problems with directX 5.2 drivers....i'll have another stab
this evening after work, and mail you if i get anywhere...
