8 new categories of material have been added bringing the sim racing school
manual up 67 pages in length. New additions include material on qualifying,
starts, mirrors, leading races, passing, draft passing, outbraking, and

    Can't download it, though.  I get a 404 error from Xoom.

If you're using a download utility (Gozilla, Getright...) close it
before downloading the file. XOOM seem to dislike such utilities.
