Anyone Have Some Car Tuning Presets?

My friends and I are basically learning how to drive a crappy car
well.  We need to change the settings on our car in order to improve
performance, but we don't want to spend the time to play around and
learn what all the settings mean.  Do any of you have suggestions for
car tuning, or even better - some "preset" files we could use for our
cars to improve performance from the basic "easy" car setting?

Just install the universal racing sim setup program available from
Microsoft Games.
